To schedule pickups, you may need an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your login secure.

4. Pickup & Delivery

  • Laundry must be ready at the scheduled pickup time.
  • Missed pickups may result in fees.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational delays.

5. Payment & Billing

  • Payment is required at the time of service or through your online account.
  • We accept major credit cards and other listed payment methods.
  • Prices may change at any time.

6. Garment Care & Limitations

We follow standard industry practices. However, we are not responsible for:

  • Damage due to normal wear, pre-existing conditions, or items left in pockets
  • Items not suitable for machine washing
  • Items not labeled for special care

Any missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Do not include:

  • Hazardous materials
  • Items contaminated with bodily fluids
  • Dry-clean-only items
  • Large household items unless approved

8. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before your pickup. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in fees.

9. Refunds

Completed services are final. Refunds may be issued at our discretion in the case of service errors.

10. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to access restricted areas, or fraudulently book services.

11. Intellectual Property
