How does your pickup and delivery service work?
It’s simple:
- Schedule your pickup online.
- Bag your laundry, label it with your name, and leave it in your designated spot.
- We pick it up, wash and fold it with care, and deliver it back fresh and neatly folded.
What is your pricing?
We charge $2.50 per pound for wash & fold laundry.
- $40 minimum order required for free delivery
- Orders under $40 include a $15 delivery fee
A typical laundry hamper or full bag usually weighs 15–20 pounds — right around the minimum
How much laundry should I bag for a pickup?
Most customers fill 1-2 standard laundry bags or hampers. A standard full hamper/bag is usually 15–20 pounds.
Do I need to be home for pickup or delivery?
No. As long as the bag is labeled with your name and placed in your chosen spot, you do not need to be home.
What areas do you service?
We currently serve the Las Vegas metropolitan area.
How should I prepare my laundry?
Just bag your clothes, label the bag with your name, and leave it out.
When is my laundry weighed and when do I receive the final total?
After pickup, we process and weigh your order at our facility. Once weighed, we send your final total based on exact pounds.
What items do you wash?
We wash everyday clothing, activewear, undergarments, socks, towels, and most household items.
Do you hang-dry delicate items?
Yes. Place delicate items in a smaller bag and mark it “Hang Dry.”
How do you keep my laundry separate from others?
Your laundry is never mixed with anyone else’s. Every order is tagged, tracked, and processed separately.
Do you use third-party laundromats or contractors?
No. All washing and folding is done in-house by our trained team.
When will I get my laundry back?
Most orders are returned next day.
Do you notify me when my laundry is finished?
Yes. We message you when your laundry is washed, folded, and ready for delivery. We also provide an estimated delivery time.
What detergents do you use?
We use high-quality, fresh-smelling detergents. Eco-friendly options are being added as we transition into our Eco Wash theme.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Just reach out — we’re flexible.
How do I pay?
You pay securely online during booking. A receipt is emailed automatically.
$2.50/per pound, $40 minimum for free delivery.
*Less than $40 orders will have a $15 delivery fee, you will receive final invoice once order has been weighed.

Are there items you cannot wash?
Yes — for safety, proper cleaning, and to protect your garments, we cannot accept:

• Items with bodily fluids (blood, urine, feces, vomit)
• Moldy, mildewed, or infested items (bed bugs, lice, roaches)
• Clothing exposed to oil, gasoline, chemicals, paint, or other flammable substances
🚫 Specialty Fabrics & Materials
• Leather items
• Suede and fur
• Silk or ultra-delicate fabrics
• Cashmere, wool coats, and garments requiring special conditioning
• Dry-clean-only items or anything requiring specific professional treatment
🚫 Items That May Damage Machines
• Shoes
• Rugs, bath mats, or heavy pet bedding
• Weighted blankets over 20 lbs
• Oversized king comforters/duvets that exceed machine capacity

What happens with a missed pickup?
A $15 fee is applied if your Laundry Pro arrives for pickup but we’re not able to pick up the Laundry.
